Have you watched the @Netflix American Barbecue Showdown yet? If not, you are missing out on a great show featuring some of the top BBQ chefs in the country. With an incredibly talented cast, only one could emerge as the winner and that contestant is Mrs. Tina Cannon.
One of the dishes that really put Tina on top, was her game winning beef ribs recipe. She made her award winning recipe and it shocked the judges. Tina made a clear departure from a traditional Texas Style beef rib and used a totally different seasoning than any of them would have considered. They called it Herbs de Provence, but it was secretly her own signature rub. ( Link is below in the description). Tina joined @Cptnron302 to make these Big Green Egg competition ribs and we were absolutely blown away.

Another great video pearly girl! 🤣 . I am a fan of cooking with Herbes de Provence and wine, but never used them like this in smoking meats. I will definitely give this a go. Tina is wonderful.

Omg these look excellent!! I add beef base to ground beef for my Salisbury Steaks, and it's excellent! (Pro tip: don't have the paste? Microplane a bullion cube😉) I think I can smell these from up here Ron, can't wait to play with my new smoker!

I have a question I got my first bag of FOGO and as it was heating up it was popping loud. Have you had this problem. I just curious if I got a weird bag for my first time
