I'm pretty sure he went to Valhalla regardless. Which is quite frustrating because it's majorly because of him that Thor, Loki and Hela suffered. Thor lost basically everything he ever loved and had, Loki was an outcast, Hela who rightfully exposed Odin's injustice was the one who also suffered the price. All of Odin's children likely could've gotten along if only Odin wasn't such a sh*tty father.

Actually, in the original north mythology Hela was Loki's daughter, not Odin's. 😂 And she had two otjer sibblings. One of them was Odin's horse from the first movie btw.
