+Aleksi Bennett Its a "gainer" or some people call it "kick the moon" ;) She's a very powerful and beautiful mover.
. . . and I have trouble balancing on one leg. 8D incredible balance and strength. Put these moves together (with some cool lighting) and you've got a dance.

no! just don't do too much too soon! progressive overload! be patient!
