As I said before he tried telling ray the tag axle needs to be at 30 psi instead of 60, speaks for itself

I just really want to see improvement from Ray. I don't see it yet.

Noticed Ray lacks the ability to problem solve for himself, he relies on Ryan to fix things he could do himself if he'd just take a few minutes to think it through. You can always tell when he lacks the ability to communicate what it is when talking with Ryan, he mumbles in a low voice and is often very vague about what's actually wrong, then when he get's shown how easy it was to solve Ray get's all high pitched and acts surprised. I think Ryan is starting to notice this too. Ray's a good guy but if he wants to advance in this field he's gonna have to step it up. I don't think Ryan want's to be a babysitter for him all the time. Anyhow, this was a great video and Ryan's one of the best bosses, really hope he get's everything worked out for his new land/buildings.

The whole “You ready” from Ryan and then the “Yes sir” from Junior just makes me smile. It’s great seeing him run the buggy. Big Ray come on man, now you couldn’t get a hose connected? 🤦‍♂️ Anyway this video flew by too fast. I thought we’d see it completed for the most part with the wall so hopefully next video will show the saw cuts, wall and pillars. Good Work!
