Oculus Quest 2 Problems - Should you Upgrade?
Overview of major problems with the Oculus Quest 2 to help you decide if you should wait to buy.
Issues with Facebook merge, loss of Oculus account, adding payment methods, lack of customer service etc.
UPDATE: There was a fraudulent charge on my account for an item I didn't order and never received. Customer service locked my account because of the chargeback on my CC to return my money. They refused to unlock my account unless I reversed the chargeback (paid them for an item I never got). I had to create a completely new account and lost all my games.

Thank you for that! I see a lot of people selling their oculus quest 2 for cheap and I was wondering why! I knew something had to be wrong that so many selling a product they just purchased within. A year.

It's a nightmare. Was really hoping they would drop the Facebook account requirement but it seems like they're doubling down

Just got another robot reply today. "Thank you for reaching out to Oculus, please be patient while we investigate your trouble ticket." Thanks for nothing!

They refuse to unlock my account unless I pay them for a fraudulent $400 charge from a guest account that somehow got attached to my account. Obviously a glitch on their side, but they won't unlock my account. Lost all my games. Great customer service.

Same problem here..cannot add payment method at all.
