Sofia Rezende octopuses can control and change color because they have different colored cells. When they relax their muscles or stretch them, the cells get bigger or smaller, causing the color change

@@kimr7677 My mom says that too! But it's an important documentary to watch to increase your awareness of things you might have been or be paying for that promote the mistreatment of animals. It also gets your mind working around how we can do better than what's currently out there. I don't believe letting tigers who've been "rescued" live their lives out in the cages of nonprofit "sanctuaries" is the best or most we can do and have since watching the show have discovered that there's a place in Russia who's doing a much better job with their bears by giving them acres of open terrain to roam and play free. Now when I do get the money, I know who deserves it and I also know to stop following these tiger sanctuaries on social media that aren't treating their tigers right.

I mean, like, he could, octopus use one of their arms to hand their "packet" of gametes to the female. Sometimes he gets scared and just rips off the whole arm and throws it at her. Which human males might do too, if there was a risk of his one night stand eating him alive after they're done.

Rudy seems really outgoing; he was all clingy to the glass with both new friends, and other octopuses were looking much more shy

When I noticed that Rudy’s tentacle was connected to Roxanne’s, I got the biggest grin. If that glass wasn’t there, I’m sure there’d possibly be babies💕I need to watch more of these to learn about octopuses

Octolab has a video showing an octopus that see's his reflection and becomes enraged. These two guys didn't swell up and lunge, so I think it's a safe assumption that these two boys are behaving more on the "irritated-curious" spectrum than bald aggression.
