16:17 You can just tell that the guitarist and keyboardist practised this solo together for HOURS, starting slow on the metronome and gradually getting it up to tempo. And even still, it takes all of their focus and concentration to get it right. This whole cover is brilliant, but that's my favourite part.

This isn't live, each track was recorded seperately. They could even tweak the midi track for the keyboard to match the guitar.

I have the disc and it last 24:00 but it lasts exactly 23:57 ripped, I'm guessing they cut out the silence. And just another 2 or 3 songs match the time it says on the backcover xD I always found that weird

It really saddens me to see that these absolutely mindblowing musicians (most of all the singer) are not being played nonstop on the radio, don't play in huge arenas and aren't recognised at all by the masses. Despacito has nearly 7 billion views while this masterpiece doesn't even have a million. It really makes me sad that so much wonderful art is overlooked by most people. These guys deserve so much more attention

When ever a question like this comes up, I always reference Paul O'Neill from TSO. "Mozart was the world's first rock star and Beethoven was the world's first heavy metal star. There's not a chance that if they were alive today that they wouldn't be using electric guitars and synthesizers."

I’m 50 yrs old 6-4 400 pounds and this gave me chills and I teared up. Just stunned

that moment when the flute player has better pocket than the player on the Score DVD..... and the vocal is a much better engineer/tuning/comp job than on The Astonishing.... saying that just heard 6:48 . Can't imagine the amount of work this took. Hats off to you guys!

This is phenomenal. Honestly I have tears in my eyes after watching this. You all have moved my heart and reminded me of what music can do. The purity with all of these younger musicians is what it's all about. What can you say? I was literally choked up by the emotion you played. Though it took a while for this video to cross my path, I have to say what a pleasure I got out of watching these musicians play an extremely emotional Dream Theater piece and execute it flawlessly. The people who have had the guts to dislike this either have no soul or no appreciation for art!

For everyone wondering why the drums are so poorly mixed its because they are poorly miced for a DT song. They miced it like a jazz kit and not a prog rock kit. Which needs individual mics, even for the hi hat and ride. Not just bass and over heads. I like the performance though, and the score took careful, and thoughtful time to write. If it was a different arrangement and not exact there wouldnt be such a A & B comparing contrast.

Drums aren’t a killer, for me. The bass guitar needs more space in the mix. They get the key parts, but definitely needs a bit more love. That said, this is great work!!!

Hitting like button is not enough, I don't know how to express my joy watching this. You guys did so well, timing, orchestration, arrangement, so very close to the original piece.

Damn. Kudos to the person that conceived this idea and actually made it happen.

Damn I got chills during Intervals, I usually never get that with music.

Absolutely stunning! As a massive DT fan, and a particular fan of this track, I was blown away by the perfection of this video in so many areas: accuracy, execution and observation to the original to mention a few. Intervals even has backing vocals from the other songs of the album! Absolutely magnificent!! Well done everyone involved

Almost twenty four minutes on my life more enchanted with this band and musicians. Great job, it is beautiful, very beautiful.

This is amazing. The effort it took for you all to put this together cannot be expressed with just words. Absolutely brilliant.

This work is simply incredible. Congratulations to everyone for the idea, for the work, for the quality and for the colossal performance. It is a great tribute to this work of art and transports the work to another dimension. all Dream Theater members must be very proud and happy.

I wish ALL music programs would do something like this. This was awesome. Nice work.
