I did a project about dream theater for my senior year music theory class. We had to pick musical influencers and make a video about them. The last like 7 minutes or so (the whole thing was 15-20) was about this song. I put clips in, and talked about how filled to the brim with secrets it was. My teacher listened to the full song and said it was one of the most complex and interesting pieces of music he ever heard.

The build up for so long then to hit that God note at the end always blows me away! Best band in the world!
Music so complex even the video is failing to sync with the sound...
Those are the true DT... and this song and it's entire album one of their best!

Yeah, that last John Petrucci solo is the best F major solo ever written for a guitar. Certainly an epic moment.
Jordan be like: imma do a long ass intro of 7 minutes, haha synth go brrbrrrbrr
Absolutely love the beginning
Hermosas notas, que talento!!
Wow......What a GREAT Band!
Beautifully & brilliantly done
The people who disliked... Their intellect can't take in good music for 26 minutes.
Impresionantes !!! Como siempre !! Bravooooo !!!
If that ending vibrato from Petrucci doesn't give you goosebumps, I don't know what will
Masterpiece of all masterpieces!
