What a crap review. Never saw mouldy bread. Called reception three times, they answered immediately. Old fruit? Fruit was fresh and amazing. Drunk staff 😂 Our room was cleaned every day. Our fridge stocked. Wifi was outstanding! The pool was immaculate. Every morning they were cleaned thoroughly, we watched from our balcony, then by the pool. Can’t comment on the gym. You are on holiday, wait for your coffee 🎉 Piano bar open in the evening? Bar staff, never saw one on their phone ignoring us? You can hop on a trolley with your luggage, and be taken to your room? Trolley drivers are everywhere. Wifi test, you could have done this anywhere? Drunk and drugged staff? No evidence on any part of your post to support anything you are implying. Our waiting staff were amazing, always attentive. Agree about bugs around lights though, not sure what they can do about nature?

💯 percent with nuttyneet6269. We had the best vacation there, the staff were phenomenal and this was also our sixth time in Dominican. Once we called the front for a stock of the fridge, done in 10 minutes. I suggest you don’t make comments about staff that are working their asses off. Saying they are drunk or drugged….you are disgusting this review is disgusting. I suggest you do go stay at the 5 plus resorts where you can enjoy people just like you. I highly recommend this resort it has everything, and none of what this guy says is true. This is a spoiled first world rich dude who should have this video taken down. Disgusting

For a moment I thought the music was in the hotel lobby. Sad to know this is the resort review. Thanks for sharing !

No worries!

This place was absolutely awful! The food was atrocious, our room smelled so badly with mold I could barely breath! We had to get up at 7:30 every morning to book our restaurant only to realize that when we got there it was practically empty! The beach was covered with seaweed and had workers clean it with rakes instead of a truck. Never again!

I'm sorry to read this, but it immediately reminds me of this five star horror, that's why I made this channel And I will post every review of my holidays to warn others, I hope you won't come across such adventures again, Regards and I wish you a lot of good holidays

Your reviews of this hotel are true,never been to a resort with people who don't respond to your concerns, the only good thing there was the housekeeper.

welcome to my channel, what can I tell you we were robbed by a cleaner, we reported and no response, it's a pity because a lot of employees were really great they worked really hard, unfortunately the management is a bunch of smart people who think that we customers ,are there for them ,and not the other way around ..... joke

Look fella, I luv honest negative reviews that showcase a horrible resort. 😀😀I am a photographer and document good & bad at all resorts I visit. I am only 4 minutes into your "review" and I have said "WHAT ?????"🤔🤔to myself a dozen times. Sure... point out bad stuff, but WTF is with your editing & proper review skills ??? 🤔🤔There are many, many terrible call outs without your video evidence !! YOU can't do that. I will point out just a few of literally dozens of your " comment /observations" with your added graphic titles during editing. Moldy bread ??, looked fresh to me. Melted ice cream refrozen, where ? Raw pig, where ? The beef in the buffet does look overdone, but you say nothing about that, why ? Talking about watered down booze while you show stir fry's in the buffet !! WTF is that ? Fruit was old but your video clearly shows perfectly nice fruit in the buffet. You are totally pissed off with the resort for whatever reason and have lost ALL sense of realistic observations for some sort of revenge. I agree that this place does have many problems, you did not have a single pro / positive thing to say. 🤔🤔Myself and others will disregard this as garbage, good effort Mr. Delirious.🤢🤢🤢🤢

I see that you found yourself on my channel for a reason, are you an employee of the resort, are you one of those who are trying to clear your name, I did not add photos with rotten bread or other terrible things, I did not walk around with a camera and I did not spy on employees, I was on vacation, for which I paid 6000 pounds, and what standard should be, you write that you have not seen in my film, because I will not waste my time on it, I gave my feeling and my impressions, this is my rating, if someone announces that it is 5 stars, and it's actually 3, I'm sorry the hotel is a failure, and if you're really a photographer And you've been there, you know how it is......😊
