This was memory lane. I grew up in Maryland and spent many a summers going to Ocean City, Md It was about a 3 hour drive from Bowie,Md where I lived I now live in Florida for the last 6 yrs. I miss the Maryland Crabs

So my family and I live in TX. My step grandmother (my sister's family) had a beach house in Fenwick Island DE, that we would visit every summer when we were kids. When my step father and mom divorce we stopped going. 20 years later My brother and I reconnected with our step family and were invited back. It was pretty emotional, we've been back every year since. My sisters family has been so kind to my brother and I that when my sister passed away we asked to put her ashes to rest at Fenwick. They were more then happy to do it and even wanted my mother to come. Ocean City/Fenwick will always be a second home to my brother and I. Watching my nieces and nephew grow up living out the memory's of my childhood is heart warming. The childhood memory's will always be there and come flooding back when we walk through the front door of that beach house. Thank you for the video.

I'm watching this May 2022 and I haven't been to OC in years I'm far away..does this ever bring back memories and there is the Quality Inn where we stayed every year since 1988 still in good shape. This has been such fun I feel like I'm there.

We just came back from ocean city and it was so crowded the boardwalk, beaches amusement parks hotels etc it was a nice time though. This was our third time going the first two times being a few years back and this was the most crowded we had ever seen it!

Nice video! our family enjoyed it there. Can't wait to go back!

We're staying at the Dunes Manor Hotel. Tried to locate it in your video, but there's so many hotels, I couldn't tell which one it was.

At the very end of the video, the wooden boardwalk ends. It looks like that hotel is a couple of buildings down from there.

we were there a week after this.... only went to boardwalk at night it was so hot... thanks for posting i seemed to have missed a view things also enjoyed the sounds, none of that background fill in music!

Brings back a lot of old memories when going to OC as a child. One observation though. When swinging the camera over to the beach shots, I don't recall seeing any lifeguard pedestals along the beach. Are there still lifeguards still there, and where do they sit now?

When that stop sign was there is there it says wash your hands.

Does USA have other places like this with very long walkable only streets? It is very peaceful without cars going around.

There are. I have videos from Atlantic City and Virginia Beach on the channel - they have similar boardwalks 👍
