Big fan of zelda and pixel art. But your video goes way beyond. Nice animation(both 360 rotation and item box) and great sound and short to the point video. I am so glad that channels like yours still exist today. Cheers.

I just love your lineart and shockingly lovely animation, but there's one thing that iffs me. It's most visible in the walk cycles. ------------------------------- I believe the term is banding, where the shading is hugging the lineart very exactly instead of helping the shapes feel clearer. Your shading is a very powerful tool to sell what texture an object has and what its strongest shapes are. it's easily my favorite part of animating. I recommend taking a frame of your link sprite and trying new things. Make the hair shiny, make the tunic fold open and closed or wave in the wind, give Link's ears a shadow on his cap. See what you can do to make the themes and feeling you're going for clearer.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I think I was a bit overcautious in this case, because if it's poorly implemented, it gets a bit too noisy for my taste - especially with such a small model. But yeah, in this case it pivoted the other way and became a bit too stiff. Great Feedback. Thanks!

This looks quite nice, although... when they're viewed from the side, the mouth / nose is weirding me out? It seems like either the nose and mouth are at exactly the same height, or the nose is a darker color than the rest of the face. Either way, it doesn't look natural and just kind of... confuses me. I hope that's helpful feedback! Unrelated note, thanks for the Navi love. She can be a bit annoying, but she deserves more appreciation! An iconic, faithful companion through and through. :D

There is no mouth 😅 so I guess it's the red nose that's freaking you out. Anyone else confused by that? (Thanks for the Feedback. Highly appreciated! Have a cookie 🍪)
