This was my 2nd marathon. LAM I finished 4:49, I was able to improve my time on this one. The last 6 miles was a struggle on both marathons; the difference on the OC was the training between runs and not running too fast at the start. I still need to work on increasing miles per week. Lots of credit to the coaches from the #azusapacers and the support crew at mile 10.5 and mile 22 they were a much-needed boost.
