I can't believe Sati baby is going to be 2 soon, time flew by so fast. She just taught me that no matter what language a toddler is trying to speak, it sounds the same 🤣 Thanks for sharing the breathtaking views with us!!

Yes! I was thinking a child back pack to carry Sati would be so much safer and leave one arm free for balance, and one for the camera. They did very well though. Suzi's backpack looked quite heavy. Sneakers or hikers for sure!

Our ancestors (no matter who we are) all at some point walked around barefoot or in sandals through rough terrain and things. We are too soft now. Nature is good.

Hawk Master not everyone can afford to travel the world, many of us are very busy working and trying to earn enough money to pay our own bills after the government takes what they feel is their share of it. I have seen 28 states in the US, never been out of the USA and probably never will be so I enjoy watching the Sheekoz family’s little adventures. I definitely am not a video game person. Furthermore far be it from me to read and judge other peoples comments and decide anything about them as a person . This is wrong in my view. You know nothing of their lives unless you actually know them and I for one definitely do not know you.

I’ve been wondering if you & your family we’re safe from the Earthquake in Turkey. So glad to see you all!

it is winter in Turkey . There is cold and frost . Looking at the footage of the earthquake you see people are wearing appropriate clothing . Dan is back in Russia . I'm sure of it .

I would have thought they would have spoken about this horrific tragedy in their host country. Hiking in those mountains might not be the best choice with the incredible amount of aftershocks still happening at the moment.

did you not notice or look up the weather at where they are at? Its winter there, not summer as in the videos. There would not be any leaves on the trees there right now. Nobody knows nothing about where they are or how they are.

Hello, there little family. I have watched you for a long time and rarely comment. I have been a hiker all of my 63 years and have a 22-year-old daughter and hiked with her when she was young. I always used a backpack for little kids. You would find it so much better than carrying her on your hip. Enjoying your adventures. Thanks from Oregon US.

YES! It is very dangerous carrying his child like that while hiking such trails. Too easy for him to trip and fall and that poor child will go flying.... They should use a child carrier. SMH

I think this video was done in warmer weather and loaded up on yt scheduled for today's date . This doesn't mean they just loaded it. We still haven't heard from them that they are ok. I really thought we would have heard from them at least acknowledging the earthquake. Maybe there is no signal for them to do a live. I really hope they are ok. I'm worried for this precious family.

The right gear when you go hiking makes all the difference. Like proper hiking boots and a toddler carrying backpack. But the climb was worth the effort. Turkey is a beautiful, fascinating country.

There's so much beauty there, and history. Thank you for showing us all. Suzi, I can totally relate to you when Dan was walking up there on the rocks. I panic too when my husband does that. He loves heights and is so much braver than me. I think because have such a fear of heights, that I fear something bad will happen. Such beautiful words in the end Dan. The world is so full of conflict right now, and it's so refreshing to just watch you and your family on your adventures, instead of all of the hype going on in the world.

Make sure to drink a ton of water, guys. A family died while hiking in California last year because they were hot and dehydrated. I remember an older video where Dan was intentionally dehydrating himself, it is super dangerous. Stay safe ❤
