Just now discovering this channel and subscribed; very fun episode! I love the funny commentary, the pacing is perfect, and just well done all around. One thing I would point out though: in a couple of game segments (like the second version / sequel of the Afterburner clone), the game volume was a little too loud and I couldn't make out some of the words you were saying. But yeah anyways, I dig the content, and keep up the good work!

just imagine the maintainence costs on title fight. i never ever saw anyone play it properly, just wail away on the fist controllers as fast as they could.

All the track and field arcade machines, too. I remember the tech guy servicing our local corner store machine, replacing the buttons almost every month.

If you ever do a part two of this I'd love to see you cover 18 Wheeler: American Pro Trucker. It's one of my childhood favorites, my father and I played it back in like 2001-03 when my local arcade had one. It's a full vehicle interior cabinet.

Was going to say the same thing. After Burner was '87 and G-Loc was 1990 with iirc and cockpit that could flip you completely over. Unsurprisingly there's barely any of those left in the wild.
