    I loved this interview! I’m on my way to nursing school and have been so interested in the nutritional aspect of medicine.     It’s crazy that you just posted this video. Just yesterday I was searching online for info on additional training for PAs in obesity medicine. I think it might be where I’d like to go at some point in my career. Thank you so much for this!
