Sadly, there is a small inconsistency in the otherwise well put report: Zapatero is not "the president", the title should be translated as the prime minister.

I was going to give this 4 stars, but the last line, "McCain called for a return to an America where you can slap your secretary on the ass without anyone making a big deal out of it", almost made me fall out of my chair. So it gets five.

If anyone wanted the letter translated on this old video: (used google translate so expect some jankiness to it) “Madrid, October 21, 2008 Dear USA of America, My time with your presidential candidate, Barack Obama, is over and I am happy to say that he is fit and prepared to lead your USA of America, if he is elected. Time here, Mr. Obama completed various tasks and exercises, Included in these tasks were filing, photocopying, going to post office and shoulder massages. If he was to become president, I am sure to indicate that he is capable in all these things. Also, I would like you for his patience and support for him. When he started in my office, I never imagined that he would shape up the way he has. Best of luck to you and him in this upcoming election season sincerely, (google couldn’t translate his name).”

Lmao little correction there, the Spanish Agriculture Ministry back then, was already fused with the Ministry of The Environment (like your EPA basically) for administrative efficiency and, well, because agriculture is inevitably, part of a nation's physical environment and ecosystem.
