Oatmeal and apple in a mug. I've been sugar-free for a year. I lost 10 kg when I stopped eating white sugar. A simple recipe that anyone can do. Incredibly delicious. Be sure to prepare it.
1 cup (100 g) oatmeal.
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon baking powder. Salt.
Rinse 3 tablespoons of raisins in hot water.
Rinse 10-12 pieces of dried apricots in hot water.
1 egg. 3 tablespoons butter, pre-melt.
3.5 oz (100 g) Greek yogurt.
2 medium apples.
4 medium cups.
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 30-35 minutes.
7 oz (200 g) mascarpone or cream cheese.
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
1 tablespoon honey (optional).

This recipe, like many other ones on other websites, claims to have no sugar. This entices many people ( especially those who prepare meals,,, for people with medical issues) conditions that don't allow them to eat a lot of sugar to watch the videos. Titles should say something like no added sugar, rather that claiming recipes don't have sugar. I think everyone probably knows all the fruit, whether dried or fresh, have varied amounts of sugar. Other foods are carbs, and carbs turn to sugar in your body. Thus us much as I am.going to say here.
your recipe is not sugar-free. Dry fruits contain lots of sugar besides fructose which is even worse than sugar. you lost weight for different reasons, not for your non-sugar-free recipe.
Quit being deceptive. Raisins, apricots, yogurt, apples, and honey. Fructose, fructose, lactose, fructose, and fructose/glucose.
Love how it says oatmeal n apples but have 17 others ingredients 🤦🏽
I'm from Iran. The recipes is interesting ,but it 's too long and take my time to watch it .
What irritates me is how slow and too detailed recipes in this channel are!! 😱

Рецепт безусловнно хороший, возьму на заметку! Но не надо говорить,что без сахара, изюм, курага, мед, сладкие яблоки , все содержит сахар. Маскарпоне или сливочный сыр очень калорийные. Так что из полезного только овсянка . Сомневаюсь,что с такого лакомства можно похудеть. За рецепт спасибо!
