Oaksmith gold found better and smooth ànd can have it on the rocks, after drinking both regularly. Dada, thank you. 😊

I liked Oaksmith, having neat of course, with no ice cubes. It is indeed of premium taste. Will place it on par with Chivas or Black label (drinking neat, with no ice cubes even).

Pata nahi kaisa in logo ko fruity taste aata hai. Whiskey is always bitter. Fake reviews.

I have tried both longback But I liked Oaksmith compared to Rockford. Infact on most of my weekends I prefer Oaksmith Gold when it comes to budget friendly evening... Thanks for your valuable information Dada. ❤️ It's been a nice and perfect Review

Oaksmith Gold is really gold in that price segment... it's really smooth and fruity after taste...I suggest drink neat or with ice only 👍🏻

Dada, I like that heavy and oily aftertaste of Japanese whiskeys.. Rockford - Sweet, Cask, Tingy, Ummm moments for aftertaste. Oaksmith - Smooth, Smoke, Oily, Caske, Ummmmmmmmm moments of aftertaste. Best tasted neat.. I relocated from Australia to Kolkata in Dec 2019 after 12years and the first whiskey I tasted was Rockford and the second was Oaksmith. Touched my heart!

My feeling is that if they continue to keep the Whiskey in supply and don't tinker with the quality and blend. In the Long Run Oaksmith will be the most sought after whiskey in India in the comparable price range and I feel it can be India's JD. As Ive been to parties where people after blind tasting Oaksmith have left drinking the Black Lables and single malts in their hands and made this whiskey as their next drink. You all should try a blind taste with your friends to see this in realtime!

Oaksmith Gold has 2 manufacturers/bottlers in India and each version smell and taste quite different. I did not like the one manufactured/bottled in Karnataka. Its alcoholic smell and taste overpowers all other flavors. It will be great if you can mention where the reviewed Oaksmith Gold was manufactured. I think the one you are reviewing is manufactured and bottled in Delhi. This one is the better one!!

Dada, i liked both of them, depends on the mood and accompanying food! Food pairing with oaksmith is difficult considering sweet nature of the whiskey. I found Rockford more easy going with our indian snacks like tandoori chicken, bhujia, badam etc

Nice comparison video dada 👍 pls make a video on how to make perfect peg 30 ml and 60ml means how much water or ice cubes ,soda (depends on there choice )which should use to get good taste of whiskey and oaksmith is my current favorite brand silver is just superb 👍👍👍

Oaksmith Gold for me any day

Oaksmith Gold is unique as it's a blend of Japanese, American and Scotch whiskeys, albeit it's still a bit raw/harsh as it's not aged whiskey. (Hence the low price) Rockford Reserve still has a long way to go in terms of quality product development. Many Indian brands such as John Paul, Amruth Fusion, Woodburns, Koday's Peterscot Black have done before, and if Modi Illva can do the same at a lower price point, then they have a winner. Unfortunately, Rockford Reserve falls short on that count, but it's a great attempt.

Somehow I was disappointed with Oaksmith Gold, even compared to the plain Oaksmith. Rockford is definitely my choice.

Tried that bottle last wk.. Tomar VDO dekhey neat, on th rocks + dash of wtr, shob e try korlam.. but amr palet a jyano Blendors reserve r Maq Silver better laglo, anyway Oaksmith gld is good as well 👍

Dear Dada One more correction please.The title of the episode should read as to which one is the better whiskey and not which is the best one, because, when we compare only two articles, one can be at the most better than the other. The superlative best is used only when more than two or a large number of articles are considered for comparison. Your narrations are so effervescent with information and enthusiasm, that, I think they should not carry even a single grammatical error and blemish which otherwise adversely affect its beauty and the end result at least to some extent.
