O.J. Simpson's Kids Were at His Home When He Died

O.J. Simpson's final days were spent at his Las Vegas home as a steady stream of friends came by to say farewell. He insisted that everyone who came into his presence surrender their phones and sign a non-disclosure agreement. A hospice bed was brought into his master bedroom. Simpson reportedly could no longer get in and out of it by himself. When the end came, his four children were by his side. Inside Edition’s Les Trent has more.

The part that always killed me, was the kids were inside sleeping. And if it weren’t for the dog getting out and alerting the neighbors with blood on his paws. The kids might have awakened and went outside and found Nicole with her almost decapitated head and Ron butchered to ruins in the grass. OJ should be ashamed even in hell.

@@allen0088- I agree with you, it is horrible. He got to take his last breath surrounded by the love of his family…peacefully, quietly, as painlessly as possible. Nicole was beaten & nearly decapitated by the father of her children, a man she once deeply loved & trusted, but who became progressively more mentally, emotionally, and physically abusive, until she finally found the courage to protect herself & leave him. But she still lived in constant fear of him. She was never free from his threats, his insults, his rage, and his physical abuse….even after they were divorced & living their individual lives. She was always afraid of what he would do next, and when he’d do it. When she received the answer to those fears, she died alone…nearly decapitated completely saturated in her own blood, mere steps away from her own front door; a locked barrier between life & death, if only she’d been steps away from it on the other side. And Ron Goldman, doing a good deed, returning the glasses his friend left, earlier that evening, at the restaurant in which he worked, where she had dinner with friends….a beautiful young man with so much potential, endlessly loved by his family, he died alone, against a tree, after a brutal knife attack, because he was in the wrong place, at the wrong time. His life was stolen from him & his adoring family, before it really even began. It ended violently, with unhinged rage, and it wasn’t immediate. The last thing he felt in life was searing physical pain & profound confusion. And the last thing he saw was the blood spilling from Nicole’s body, flooding the space between the two of them, unable to move…unable to speak….unable to help….as everything faded to black. The same children who flocked to his bedside as he lay dying & held his hands while he took his last breaths, were asleep upstairs, tucked into their beds, dreaming away when their mother was slaughtered mere feet from their bedroom windows…..blissfully unaware that it was the last night they would have a mother. If Nicole’s dog hadn’t gotten out of the house that night, and hadn’t been a large white fluffy Akita who was covered in blood after finding her body, alerting neighbors of a serious problem, those children would have been the ones who found the bodies. Justin was only 5 years old. Sydney was only 8. OJ knew damn well where they were, and he knew they would likely be the ones to stumble upon the epic nightmare he left for them. They barely got to know her. The grandchildren he had the opportunity to enjoy, who were able to say goodbye to him, they never even met their grandmother. Ron was never able to have a family. He only lived for 25 years. God, you’re right. You’re *so* right. That’s all just horrible. He didn’t deserve so many years with the people he robbed of so much. He should have died that night instead of Nicole.

Blood was found in his bronco, the other glove at his house, the bloody shoe prints on the walkway leading to Nicole and Ron’s bodies matched shoes he had worn. He literally had an hypothetical interview about how he would do it if he did it. The wool cap had HIS hair strands in it. The gloves were so drenched with blood they shrunk, of course they didn’t fit. Over the course of their marriage he would beat her and bruise her. Nicole made numerous 911 calls explaining his abuse. If Sydney and Justin never asked before, it may well have been that before Simpson died, they needed him to admit to them that he was the one responsible for the murder of their mother. Hence the NDA's, which would keep them from writing a book called "Yeah, He Did It."
