Honestly, Emmy.. absolutely no one on this earth sings this reverent hymn better than beautiful Emmet Cahill.. his magnificent voice is one reason.. but even more than that.. it is the way he sings it.. his facial expressions.. the intonations.. the pauses.. and that final high note.. he SINGS it, Emmy.. Emmet puts his heart and soul in to this .. we know what he can do.. he can blow it out of the water.. holding those notes forever.. like many others who sing this do.. Instead.. Emmet sings this song to God.. to the gentle people listening.. as an act of worship.. rather than showing off his immense vocal abilities .. and that is the very reason I love him so🌹 And not just this carol.. each time Emmet sings.. it is a trait I have seen in no other.. Emmet lives his faith.. and it is a joy to see him do this.. Thank you for sharing this beautiful concert with us, Emmy.. you are an amazing and talented person with a huge heart.. thank you🌹 May God Bless Emmet, Seamus and yourself.. keeping all of you safe🙏 Jen999💜💙

@Jen999 The all-time-favorite reverent hymn “O HOLY NIGHT, is so solemn and majestic, proclaiming Jesus’ birth. Thank you for sharing about your genuine and deepest admiration of the BEST tenor ever, Emmet Cahill. It’s apparent that you and I have the same feeling about Emmet. He has the genuine kindness to greet his audience, amidst the preparations leading into the concert. That’s what makes him a real down-to-earth person, as you have followed his concerts all these years- he is steadfast (he continues training his voice professionally) in all of his endeavors, and his faith is clearly portrayed in all the songs, which he sings from his heart. I’m happy that you are touched by his songs as I am. It was a real delight to see him here in the San Francisco Bay Area and a super real joy to share his videos here in KZread!

@sebaceous Jon, this video was captured using the iPhone 15 Pro Max. It would sound better using headphones on your cellphone. And I would further add that no recording equipment could ever capture the true artistic essence of Emmet in real life.
