    i made it yesterday and just tried today. It's good but i kinda expected it to be strong not sweet TT like really sweet, i barely tasted the matcha flavor. I even thought i put condensed milk in by accident so it must be that sweet lol maybe i will try lower the sugar next time

    Made this using the exact recipe it came out rock solid. I would change the milk quantity and use more heavy cream. The second batch of milk wasn’t heated so it’ll create more icicles. Doesn’t have much gelato texture because of low fat quantity. I’d use more double cream. I’d add a little vodka to it to give a softer scoop. There was too much icicles so I would let it sit in the fridge over night before freezing. This would only work if you’re eating it the same day. Once frozen over night after mixing it’s impossible to dig in. Ah the disappointment

    5分立てぐらいです^^泡立て器を持ち上げると、たらたらと流れ落ちて、すっと跡が消えるぐらいです。
