It’s about building there spiritual strength and at the same time lower there spiritual strength. That’s called getting mental edge, but then you’ve got to put it in practice on the paddock. But remember it’s more about demonstrating that this is a clash and they’re prepared to give it there all. It’s not about or solely about victory.

A ginger, an African, an Asian or a blonde can lead the Haka if he knows the words, actions and has the ability to properly express it right. Whats the name of this haka?
Frickin awesome!!! Though at 0:46, sounds more like a "Squawk!" xD
GEEEZUZ That guy is a beast! Anyway, if anyone from NZ reads this, do you guys learn the haka at school or if you are in a rugby team or do you even learn it? Im from ireland, and i don't know irish dancing so i was just wondering, lol.
@UHtiger thanks for the explanation.
This is the most inspirational and motivational "ready for battle" signal ever, and i could for sure get motivated and pumped up to it, but i admit, i did laugh at 0:45
Awesome!!!!!
I love the Haka...I liked it best when the All Blacks came to Thormond Park and the 3 Maori Munster Men did their Haka aswell. Absolute class.
