I’ll betcha Nyle appreciated it when Kyra used sign language during that interview with him!
Kyra, I applaud you for knowing sign language and instead of having Nyle’s interpreter sign for him, you did it yourself! That’s awesome!
I love Nyle, I have been following his journey for quite some time
*I love Nyle on America's Next Top Model.*
I love that the interviewer used what she knew of ASL, but I HOPE that wasn't instead of an interpreter. Yes, she knew some, but she isn't fluent and that doesn't give him full access to communication. It becomes just her showing off if they didn't still provide a licensed interpreter. She becomes just like the school teacher mentioned in his book-read it! Also, the singing at the end-great idea! Bad application. This should always be taught by a Deaf person! They should have recorded him teaching them. They signed morning incorrectly. I love bringing Deaf culture to the spotlight, but they needed to fully honor it and seek out more thorough understanding first. Lastly, I wish they would have included closed captions. I know it can be added on TV at home, but they are often choppy. To make this episode fully accessible, they should have added their own, exact CCs.

It's pretty out there to assume that Good Morning America did not have an interpreter for Nyle. This was an interview with Nyle, and the person interviewing him - not the interpreters. It's why you also don't see the person who is interpreting for Nyle. Even then, do you really think Nyle DiMarco would agree to the interview otherwise? It's almost like you just needed to shoehorn in whatever you wanted to say.
I remember when he won dancing with the stars, he was truly a beautiful dancer and deserved that win!
He’s amazing fan since day One
FABULOUS BOOK
Our town Worcester here in South Africa has a Deaf and Blind Intuition. Thank you for this.🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
I have nothing but love and respect for him I wish him the best of luck on his future ❤❤❤
His hair has changed soooo much!
NYLEEEEEEEE😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
his book is actually criminally underrated 😊
I love that modeling doesn't prevent anyone for any condition, for more inclusion 👏💘
No captions?
I just want him to use one finger sign on me
ending was embarrassing no respect to actually get it right

@@dakotawinchester He is Sexually Fluid, and that voice is the voice of his interpreter named Greyson and he has been Nyle personal interpreter for 5 years. Just for your information, his interpreter Greyson is Gay.

@@dakotawinchester Sexually Fluid IS a thing. And Nyle himself identified as Sexually Fluid after he came out in 2015. That means his sexuality can change over time and in different situations. So maybe yes he has girlfriend in the past, but now he may have had sexual attraction to Men. So his sexual orientation isn’t permanently fixed. Just search his Instagram and Tik Tok, he has been pretty active in the LGBTQ+ community recently. Also read his book "Deaf Utopia" he explain about his Sexuality in the book. He even had a role as a Gay firefighter in "Station-19" and as a Gay deaf man in Peacock drama television series "Queer as Folk".
