How do you pair more than 1. I have 3 dogs and bought 3 of them but I want to use 1 remote and the directions in the box do not work

Mine is not shocking and I can’t find my manual can you tell me how to fix this

How do you change the level of shock? I want to start with the lowest setting but I’m not sure how to change it from 3? Which is what it came set on.

If using shock. You have it on the shock setting and press the orange button to increase or decrease the shock level.

You have to hold the shock button on the side (not the orange ones) while turning the knob up top to cycle thru the different levels. The same goes for the vibration setting.

Now how do you turn the shock and vibration up .. mines is set to zero and I cannot get it to change

I must have missed something. I was looking for a way to lower the number on whatever I'm using on the device. How do you change the number to a lower number. You mentioned ONLY how to increase it.

I loved this one but all of a sudden its not picking up any signals ??

Are you able to make it so that it goes off when the dog barks or is it you manually have to press the buttons

My fault, I was testing it on myself but wasn't touching both prongs. It gives you a zip for sure.

So the stimulation button you push is whatever stimulation you want at the time? I bought one of these and I'm trying to set it up and understand it fully before even putting it onto my dog. If I want to deliver a beep, I press that beep button and so on and so forth? I have one of the collars all charged up and paired, it's got the slow blinking green light, but nothing happens when I press any of the buttons and it doesn't show the battery charge level on the remote for that collar. I'm charging the second collar now to see if the first collar is defective. I bought it second hand but it was supposed to be brand new. Now I'm not so sure. (The first collar doesn't make a sound or show any sign of life [aside from the blinking green light] until I turn it off, then it makes a tone. Frustrating.)

I just purchased the twin pack NVK TC-16 for a specific reason. I have two female terriers who engage viciously. My idea was to use the one remote to activate both collars simultaneously Unfortunately, each of the collars is programmed to a separate channel (i.e., channel 1 and channel 2). That means I would have to deliver one of the deterrents (personally, I prefer the buzz and vibrate over the shock, but that's just me) for one dog on channel 1 and then attempt to quickly switch to channel 2 for the other. Does anyone know how to reprogram these units so they both operate on the same channel? There are KZread videos on this, but they only show the older NVK models - which have a different set of programming buttons. Any advice is welcome! For the record, I have repeatedly tried contacting NVK via their online email, as well as their chat box, to no avail. Horrible customer service!

Of course you can't shock both at once... 99% of people don't wanna punish both dogs for ones action. Best thing to do is get separate collars and remotes

I strongly agree with Lawrence. I'd never want a remote than can deliver corrections to two dogs at once. The number of times you'd do this versus want to deliver a correction to just one of the two collars is not worth it for the manufacturer, and the risk of accidentally correcting a dog that isn't in need of correction is just not fair to the dog. You can ruin your relationship with your dog like that.

I just received this and tried the shock on level 1 on my myself and there’s NO WAY I’d use it on my dog. It’s unbelievably strong my shoulder is still tingly 30 minutes later.

@@Axtrak1 hi I had a dog that had the same issue and I wanna help because its a cheep collar the levels are much higher, DOGTRA is a great brand and the levels go sl low and have a small dog and big dog unit if u wanan test the levels pit it on your inner rist not the tip of your finger because your nerves and more in your fingers and will feel like for shok

@@Axtrak1 Yup, me too. Even on 1 out of 99 he would yelp and cry. I returned it for a refund and purchased the Educator E-Collar and it works SO much better. Which is a shame, because the interface is really nice on the NVK. The E-Collar is $200, which sucks, but I use it on level 13 out of 99 and he responds but doesn't seem distressed by it. The last training session we did today was great.

Can this item be charged using 220V?

It took me 3 hours to finally pair mine. Battery has to be at 100 percent from what i noticed.

You can also make the shock settings zero which I like

I think you’re supposed to start with the absolute lowest level of stimulation which would actually be the beeps. If that doesn’t work, progress to vibration and increase that as needed. If the vibration doesn’t work, the static shock is the last thing you should try. I just purchased this for my pit/lab that barks at most dogs and I’m hopeful I won’t have to use the static shock. This might sound weird but I tried it on myself because I don’t want to not know what what my dog is feeling with this thing.

You didn't show how to increase/decrease the strength of the vibration or shock. Nothing I'm doing is changing off of 0.

Is your dog dead yet?, I have a Belgian Malinois and German Shepard mix and keep in mind my dog is a pretty large breed and I use the shock on level 1 and I see you use it on 7?! That is way too high in my opinion

I tried the static on level one on my dog a few time. My dog responds best to the vibrate setting. This does not "shock" your dog. Although in the video it shows the collar on level 7 I've never used it on my dog on level 7. That was just to demonstrate it silly :). As you can see my dog was NOT wearing the collar when I used it on that setting.

It's not a shock, actually it's a tingling sensation. They are STEM, which is the same thing they put on you at the chiropractor. Try in the palm of your hand first, and you'll understand.You start at lowest level and when the dog makes the slightest twitch of a reaction, that's the one you use. And they should NOT be used as punishment! You only use it to get attention. You press it and it should be like tapping your dog, saying hey!, pay attention, then give praise. If trained correctly, the dog will see the collar as a security that u are near and they will get praise from reactng to you 😀

I've watched 6 fkn videos trying to figure out how to charge the stupid thing and NOT ONE video shows you how to charge it! 🤬
