I misplaced my glasses and came to find a video to learn to use it properly and TURN THE SHOCK OFF. Your video is the best one I found. You made it so clear and easy for me and I just wanted to thank you so much! We got it yesterday and I've covered the post with the rubber covers and have only used the beep to correct him. What a game changer! Even lifesaver because he now understands he's NOT supposed to run out the front door or after the cats ❤ The best $32.00 training tool ever!!! Our house is peaceful and fun now rather than chaos and craziness 🤗

They should have made a video for syncing additional receivers (collars) so that multiple dogs can be trained with one transmitter. Not having too much success with that.

Can u lower down your static the shock collar?

Yes my control is all changed up but my collar showed no battery what do I do ??? It shows green but it’s not charge

No one mentions if your supposed to have the silicone sleeves on the collar contact points prior to using shock feature?

Do they make replacement charging cables for collar?

Press and hold the power button on the collar for a few seconds and it’s will turn off.
