I want to get a high end pc and what would you think for twitch streaming would be better a 4080 super or 7900xtx i am having trouble deciding and would like another opinion

Single PC configuration? Either are good, both support upcoming AV1 adoption on twitch, and both perform incredibly well. If you plan to fully utilize the multi-encoding functionality of the enhanced broadcasting stuff, maybe 4080 super since I know it has dual encoders. If the 7900XTX also has dual encoders (or more), then it's the better deal. You'll have to research that a bit.
