    Just a note to some people who have commented. When you shoot a rat in the head or spine, it dies instantly but still jumps around all over the place as it's nervous system shuts down. Heart and lung shots normally do not do this, they just drop. A few of my shots were poor due to me being too hasty, but most were actually clean kills! I do not take any pleasure from causing unnecessary suffering, even to rats!

    Wheel in the sky, did you not read my previous comment? Rats killed instantly, still ‘writhe around’ as you put it, due to their nervous systems taking a few seconds to shut down after death. Most of these rats were killed instantly, but a few needed a second shot due to my hasty shooting!

    It’s a Hawke Sidewinder. The parallax side wheel adjustment is much easier than fiddling around with front parallax in the dark. You do need parallax adjustment, the focus shift is very pronounced.

    One of the most bazzar RATTING videos I've seen,.... for the first time it truly seems to be that rats are severly lacking in the noodles. And the Hits just keep coming back to back!.

    Not many actually! Some bad shooting, but most were killed instantly! They jump around because of their nervous systems shutting down, not because they are still alive! The pellets are Bisley Long Range Gold in .177 caliber.

  • @regsparkes6507

    @regsparkes6507

    5 жыл бұрын

    I would imagine that the shooter, in this case of " twice on an empty chamber" is thinking that there might be something wrong with the auto-loading' system in his rifle, or he has lost count of the magazine capacity, in the excitement of the shoot. This would be similar to typing your question/comment in upper case and forgetting to hit the 'caps lock' key on your pad?

    Hypothetically, it'd take both hands to pick up a rat the size of half of these in this clip. A pet, though, because these wild ones would tear you up.

    Will Moffett If they are not a problem then just don’t do anything. If you have a problem with rats then get someone else to help you! On this farm they are problem, so are trapped and poisoned, but most are immune, hence why they still need shooting!
