It Will not happend the next many years still Big shortage of apartments, but u r right the Day they cant build in this scale they have No Industry to Fall back on besides fishing

😂 Completely clueless about Greenlands economy? They are freely subventioned more than FIVE BILLION kroner yearly! How on earth should even these careless clowns ever run out of money, with such amount of free support from taxpaying Danes? 🤷🏼🤦🏼💸💸💸😂

Nuuk is a city that looks like a repeating loop of itself. I know the locals can see and appreciate the differences in varied parts of their city. All the visuals look interwoven and similar to me.

Nice option to see Greenland

I love our summers. It’s the best time if the year. Sun nearly round the clock in May, June and July.. can’t wait for summer to come around, but it’s only February and we have at least another two and a half months of winter and snow… This was filmed on a beautiful warm day…excellent photography… 😊👍

Nuuk seems more populous than it is (around 20,000 inhabitants) with all those houses and apartments.

You're thinking of New Mexico.

Looks quite pleasant in July. Been interested in possibly visiting for a bit now. Seems to be almost all apartment buildings. Not many single family homes. I do like how it's spread out a bit & isn't turned into a few densely packed blocks. For all the aprtments I saw, didn't see a ton of retail or industrial buildings, though.

At 9:07- There is no escaping those darn roundabouts even in Greenland.

Nuuk people like Mitsubishi :)

Fantastisk video! Og sikke en dejlig sommerdag! Jeg boede som barn i Blok 14 på Radiofjeldet fra 1973-1985. Jeg skal love for at der er sket noget med Godthåb/ Nuuk. Den er blomstret og blevet moderne- med trafikpropper og det hele🙂 Det er vildt. Jeg skulle næsten 4 min, hen i videoen før jeg kunne genkende noget som helst.

Yes :) Their terrain abilities are appreciated even outside of Russia or former Eastern Bloc :) They were sold for example in France, Germany, Italy or Great Britain, even in Canada or Egypt. They're also quite popular in Iceland.

Given the limitations of building a city in the Arctic, Nuuk is quite a pleasant city with good facilities. The latest project, difficult on this kind of terrain, is an airport that can take jets. At present the only direct international flights to Nuuk are from Reykjavik using Dash 8s.

I want to go there and live there for so long till my last breath, did they allow the foreigners to live there for so long,i mean does the government allowed any foreigners to become Greenland citizenship.

You actually have to go through the danish government. Greenland is a territories of Denmark. Finding work in Greenland is hard too because it’s a country of under 60K people.
