    It is easily available in the market in raw & roasted form. You may eat roasted or boiled.

    Soak the Soybean in water for 6-7 hours, strain the water and semi cook them in a pressure cooker 2-3 whistle on medium flame.👍👍👍

    ये जो आपने प्रोटीन बताया है ये 100 gm पानी मे भीग हुआ या फिर बिना भीग हुआ ओनली सीड्स का बताया है कहीं भी परफेक्ट इनफार्मेशन नही मिल पा रही है।
