Nut muffins in 39 minutes! A simple and delicious recipe for baking cottage cheese
You can also use cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese

RECIPE for rolls with Rokota cheese and pistachios.
250 ml yogurt.
1 teaspoon of sugar from the total amount (80 g).
6 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
From the total amount (550 g), add 3 tablespoons of flour.
Mix everything together.
Cover the yeast mixture with a kitchen towel.
Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Stir the yeast mixture.
Add the remaining sugar.
1/3 teaspoon salt.
2 chicken eggs.
Mix everything together.
Sift the remaining flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
Add 50 ml vegetable oil.
Add oil in portions.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
A total of 550 g of flour was required.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
For the filling.

1 egg yolk.
8 g vanilla sugar.
40g sugar.
1 tablespoon cornstarch.
Mix everything well.
Grind 50 g pistachios.
You can use any nuts you like.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Dust the dough with flour.
Press the dough down with your hands.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Dough size 40*40 cm.
Put the filling on the dough.
Spread the filling over the dough.
Add chopped pistachios to the filling.
Fold the dough like I did.
Divide the dough into 8 parts.
The width of each piece of dough is 5 cm.
Form each piece of dough into a bun.
Repeat after me.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
For the glaze:
100g powdered sugar.
2 tablespoons milk.
Mix everything well.
The glaze should not be very runny.
The buns are ready!
Drizzle glaze over hot rolls.
Cool the buns.

@@brigittakravagna7710 ich vermute mal dass das paar aus Russland kommt (?). Dann braucht man schon die Übersetzung. Alles andere ergibt gar keinen Sinn. Wenn mich jemand fragt woher ich komme dann sage ich das auch.
