Difficult as it is Brothers do need therapy. For our families, our diaspora. Respect for your transparency. You recognized you need help and got it. Brothers aren't taught that. We express through anger, violence, etc. No excuse, it's just what it is. Hard to look at yourself and realize you're part of the problem Once you do, Man it takes a load off. Yep, been there. Yep, older than you. Yep it's a journey and yep you still gonna mess up but it's cool. Recognize it, work on it, keep pushing forward. This for any Brother who catch this. Great content Brethren! Respect 🤜🏾🤛🏾

Well put. Therapy (and doing the work) will change your life. Also be aware that the work you’ve done and continue to do inspires people and serves as a therapy in itself. Best of luck in future endeavors.

The Healing process takes Years. The only thing that's problematic to me that you said was the part about "No excuses." The truth is Jamal, is that a lot of our people have been Living with trauma for so long that a lot of our people don't know how to find help.
