Pretty much what would happen on the Nürburgring though if cars did not slow down for that elevation on the track. That's why it's one of the worlds most dangerous and many have died on the ring..
Love how it captures how quickly the cars deform
it's also in the gran turismo movie where this crash happened edit: at 2:32 the F1 car stayed airborne because the wings on these cars are like upside down plane wings

I always felt like beamng’s soft bodies were too soft so this mod is great
I remember playing wreckfest about a decade ago which was pretty impressive already but this is insane!

Its not a part of the environment, it's a separate mod like the brick walls that the game has

Apparently they don’t because car manufacturers don’t want their cars depicted all smashed up. I’m not sure how much I buy that though, because Dakar has decent damaged models (at least the wheels and doors can fly off) and a lot of the same manufacturers that other games use.

@@nino3639yes it is how they work? If you flip a formula car all that air getting pussed down will lift the car up. Why do you think a bunch of the crashes irl have the cars flipping in the air and flying?

Hey KDK! How do you use the grab/drag tool? and how do you make all the cars jump and blowover so good? I cant seem to make mine do it as yours even with drag tool.

Mostly of these jump are not using grab tool, i changed my gravity to make car jump! :)

as much as i love this video please use better car models it would improve the quality of the crashes so much and make the videos more satisfying

The key factor is wind and an ultra light skyline gtr wind got under the front spoiler and lifted the car almost straight up
Engine is still running after the car is crashed into pieces. Yeah... That's pretty realistic, right?

Actually... yea, long as the engine and its componente are relatively fine/workable, fuel and airs flowing, and theres nothing stopping it, yea Happens often even with big crashes where it looks like the car is completely destroyed

These cars need more areo for downforce. Since the front has been going up first, I would imagine a big front splitter could do the trick

They don’t need more aero they need to slow down. Part of the reason of the cars go flying is cuz air gets under the car and using the aero basically as wings and making them take off

@@Carlos12t3lovesyamahas Partly true. Except an aerodynamic wing for a car to produce downforce is an inverted plane wing. The geometry of the wing produces high air pressure above and low air pressure below. Unless the car turns upside down this would not produce lift. What you may be getting at is if the front of the car lifts up from the hill, the angle of attack of a front wing would be worse, with a larger bottom front cross section which would not produce lift, but start producing drag in the front. As the front lifts and slows in the front it begins rotational motion flipping the car more.
