Maybe in the first season. But I think they all brought something pretty special in season two. Diego and Luther cracked me up. Klaus had some awesome lines. Also, the duo between him and Allison was amazing. Vanya and Ben had beautiful and emotional storylines.

I definitely feel he carried S02. S01.... I was more #teamKlaus there and he had the most development, I feel. but Five had pretty hard PTSD at the time, so it's understandable he wasn't very likeable then. S02, though.... he blew everyone out of the water in that one :D

He is the protagonist in both seasons. It might be about a dirty dozen, but he is the one who has to assemble everyone, who has the agenda and the drive. Also, he's the daddy.

he loves his siblings so much, he was only trying to save them over and over again. they didn’t appreciate him enough. most of them blamed him for getting them stuck in the 60’s and then they didn’t want to leave. i feel bad for five, he has a right to act like he does!

Yeah I can't wait until he just...cracks. Like I don't mean to sound rude, but just one of my favorite tropes is when the super strong, super unemotional character just has a complete mental breakdown and you get a crack in the armor that they put up all the the time.

THIS. IS. PERFECT. This is the best edit about Five I've seen on KZread. Period. I'm not gonna say "so far" because I don't think that anything can be better than this. High quality, no effects worsening the picture, and a wonderful choice of a song. I just love how you combined his badass scenes with the strong and emotional ones, such as when he talks to Luther, tells the Handler that he doesn't want to kill anymore and learns to control time travel. It portrays the whole drama of Five including the pain and sorrow he experienced in the apocalypse, as well as the issue of why he kills in the first place

Why am I in love with a 16 years old actor playing an old assassin in a 13 year old's body?

I honestly think that Five is the only one of all the Hargreeves siblings who was similar to Reginald. They both cared for their family, but they were showing in in their own way, and they had other similarities. That's probably why was Reginald impressed just by Five in S2, not because he saw potential in him or he acted the most normal of all siblings, but because he saw that Five can be really polite, he is extremely intelligent, and he is kind of like him. I also really like the dialogue between them when Reggie told Five that he should try to time travel in seconds, not decades. He sounded so soft like oh god...

They NEED to explore his trauma in S3, or at least have an arc where the poor man learns to take care of himself because we’d be lying if we said he didn’t deserve at least that. This is such an amazing edit! I love how it starts out badass, then transitions into a more depressing tone. Great work :)

I say “fetus five” whenever I see the dinner table scene when he first time travels, but it’s so weird because like my brain automatically sees a difference between him and current five, like for some reason fetus five looks 13 but current five just looks 58 to me (not physically of course but I think you get it)

He's by far my favourite character on the show. Has been from the start. The second season made zero sense to me and I almost turned it off but I kept watching thanks to Aidan's perfect acting. He still managed to capture my attention. I hope he finds out he's Luther's biological twin sometime, I think he might freak out when he discovers that. He definitely inherited all the brain cells. Can you imagine how badly he would tease Luther with that? That would make good TV.

Five is one of my favourites as he is the only one who seems to be actively trying to save the world and his family the other siblings don’t really seem to care which annoys me

I know. The world is ending and they're all like, "Let me go figure out my problems, can't deal with this now." How much time you think you got to deal with your personal sh*t?! It'll all end if you don't DO something about the end of the world! What, you're going to hang out with your other loved ones for TEN DAYS?! Wow. Good on ya. I mean, I know it's just a show and the writers are actually the ones making them act that way, but they could have put a little more urgency in their personalities and actions. Who would realistically just shrug off the end of everything and get back to their "lives" for 10 stinking days?

You just can't deny the fact that Aidan is good at acting. I hope he focused on acting tho cuz he's really good at it. ❤️ Btw I'm a fan of him

To be honest, I would have placed Five to be second. But after the ending of season 2, that time rewinds ability makes him basically unbeatable. Even if he loses the first time, he can go back (this time knowing what his enemy will do) and win.
