Nuface Before & After 60 Day Results | 5 Minute Facelift or Waste of Money?

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Hi lovelies, I'm sharing my NuFace review as I tried the NuFace Facial Toning Device for 60 days & wanted to share my NuFace before and after results (pause or go to the blog linked below to see more, I'll keep adding more updates), the mistakes I made, tips for using the NuFACE mini device and a tutorial once I figured it out. They call it the 5 minute facelift due to the effects the microcurrent is supposed to have on your face and neck muscles but does it actually do anything?
UPDATE: I've since switched from NuFace to ZIIP HALO which uses both micro and nano current. Review coming March 6th.

09:06-14:32 Before and after 60 days use? Did it work?

I noticed you mentioned about the activator drying too fast. I think this is an interesting FACT ABOUT THAT. Put it on wherever the device will touch your skin, one section at a time but do not keep adding more activator to that same section again. Have a small misting water bottle next to you and mist the area that’s already been activated. I have been using the nu face device for what seems like forever and I use it much longer than five minutes (more like 15) each time. To really save time I use two at once.

Great video. I use aloe gel with the device because the gels dry fast and can become pricey to replace. I rinse and followup with my preferred skincare regimine.

Thanks for watching. They do recommend using their serums though as all NuFACE Super Booster serums contain IonPlex®, which enhances microcurrent results. "We don’t recommend skimping on the serum, and here’s why: NuFace Serum acts as a conductor for your treatment. Without it, the current will bounce off of the surface of the skin and won’t reach where it’s needed most. For optimal results, apply a mask-like layer before you treat each area (the skin should look wet). If you feel any tingling as you treat, just add more serum." NuFace

Regarding the AquaGel, you can use made by Parker AquaSonic Ultrasonic Gel. It's water soluble and Hypoallergenic. It's a lot cheaper and last longer.. This adice was stated by an Aesthetician KZreadr.. a microcurrent device, will not work without a good conductor transmission gel, and this brand is greatly recommended.

I totally get your point but I can’t help my age and want to try everything I can to prevent aging. I’m 44 and this is my personal KZread so the brand won't see your feedback here. You might want to comment on their channel for the content you wish to see as unfortunately I can’t help you with that but they might 🤗

Have you watched their founders videos? I had way better results after using it like she demos it versus the instructions it came with. After watching her I doubled the time to 10 minutes using the advanced techniques and follow it with my red LED mask. I did a separate video showing that. Hope those help as I love mine.

So sorry, I tried to shoot at the same time of day and with the same lighting but I think with it being over 60 days the sun level changed. There’s more pics on the blog but to be honest the changes were very minor except around the eyes I noticed more when smiling. Aw thanks for the compliment xo

Your skin is beautiful in both pics, but your face is more contoured & lifted. From the video it doesn't look like you did the forehead brow area the same way as Tera the founder. I bet you would've noticed even more lifting around the brow if you did it the way she does. She has videos up. Im sure you saw, but its different. Im watching all the videos i can find on it cuz i just bought a nuface trinity with wrinkle reducer attachments and I bought a different device from nuface that targets just wrinkles on lips eyes and forehead. Don't know which one i ahould rerurn or keep both?! I think I need much more than you do for sure!!! Andreea Ali swears by it too. Shoot idk lol ill keep watching videos and think about it. Thanks so much for doing an in depth review on it. I appreciate it very much.😊

Aw thanks so much and you're so welcome ❤ Thats good to know, I followed the instructions on the instructional card but will have a look for Tera's video. Thanks for the heads up. Let me know what you think of nuface trinity and the attachments once you've had a chance to use them for a while and which one of the 2 items you like best if you get to try them both. It gets a bit overwhelming with all of the products they have.

Thanks for watching. To clarify: It's actually designed to be used on both the face and neck. It's just important to avoid the middle of the neck because like you said the thyroid, which I mention in the video. As per NuFace: "The NuFACE Mini Device is ideal for treating the neck and jawline. When using the Mini to tone and contour the neck area, be sure to avoid the midsection of the neck. Do not use on the neck if diagnosed with or suspect a thyroid problem." You can read more on their website: nuface-help-center.gorgias.help/en-US/search/neck?page=1 hope that helps.

Yes definitely shop around as it's expensive and you have to keep up with it. I've been using ZIIP Halo for the last 5 weeks and have ditched my NuFace for that. Review coming at the end of the week but it uses both microcurrent and nanocurrent so definitely consider that as an option too.

If the gel dries out so quickly...why are you applying to both sides of the face , but then you, of course, are limited to using the device on one side of the face at a time? Sorry...makes no sense.

  • @EveDawes

    @EveDawes

It was a learning curve. I found applying it to the 1/4 of my face I’m treating at a time before applying to the next and treating that works best for me. Then repeat for each (so one side of my forehead is zone 1, then one side of my face cheek and jaw is 2, then 3 & 4 the other side).

You are correct, you have to avoid the thyroid. However, you can use it on the neck, you just have to avoid the center/thyroid area.

@EveDawes Hello -My POINT was that you did run this device right over your thyroid area! To be clear, I did not state this cannot be used on the neck - which seems to be how you've interpreted my OP . But, no, I did say...'The thyroid area is a big NO-NO( not the neck).
