I take it that the top cap isn't reinforced where the handle to turn it goes , that will be a huge problem with stripping out , something to think about in mfg department , all areas that will get screws put through the boat . As expensive as they are this should have already been addressed with something more than poly .

I do ship the pivot drive, and I don't see a reason that I can't ship it Down under, I just have never done so.
