Today, of course, is National Police Remembrance Day, which caps off Police Week with events to honour those who have fallen in the line of duty. Back the blue! Yesterday in Western Australia we had a gunman situation. Someone was hostage on the Graham Farmer Freeway. The gunman was in the run for 2 days. Luckily, the TacticalResponse Group and Police Gang unit had everything under control. The 67 year old was held gunpoint and the TRG had caught him soon after. The old man was at a stable condition at Royal Perth Hospital, the gunman was in Royal Perth too, under police guard. 💙 💙 💙

Depends, Bicycle Squad usually patrols in city pedestrian areas, and at major events such as protests. Pretty much where you need to cover a lot of ground quickly, but where you can’t be driving a full on squad car around.
