I just did this and it’s better to get rid of that cover on the tensioner pulley and just put a washer. With this you’ll be able to tighten it completely and the pulley will spin freely.

I had some noise the first drive but after that I haven’t heard anything at all. I drive the car hard and have yet to hear something wrong. I think that problem with the cover on the tensioner pulley is that the cover itself interferes with the pulley that’s why you can’t tighten the bolt down all the way. When I opted in for a washer I was able to fully tighten down the bolt and the pulley spins free. I just had to make sure that the washer had enough contact on the bearing. As for the other covers, i left them out because they didn’t seem to fit properly at all.
