You will need:
meat (I have horse meat, thigh) - 3.5 kg.
onion - 200 grams
pepper - 1 teaspoon
salt - 3 heaped teaspoons
bay leaf - 2 leaves.
simmer for more than 5 hours.
From this amount I got 4 cans of 700 grams each.
