I have a similar figure (an image of it came up as you were talking about where to order these guys, the samurai with antlers on his helmet) and man, the details are insane. I kinda want to strip his armor off to just have him in his hakama but the thought of putting his armor back on eventually just scares me beyond belief 😂

An interesting collectible. For sure some accessories that you got to be super careful on using to not break them. How easy was it to place the weapons in its hand and how easy was it to pose the action figure?

Both are very easy to do. The hands are soft so getting the hands around anything was simple

I loved shogun but hated that they slow rolled it because it was too slow burning of a show and woulda been better binged. Interested to see where they take it in seasons 2 and 3. This figure is cool but once I saw that horrible paper helmet I was out. Their insane helmets are the most important part how do you cheap out on that?

Hard to say. If it was plastic I think it would snap

3rd party toys usually are very high quality, they produce less so they can put more effort into the figures. Toy likes like hasbro and Mattel don't have to put much effort and push out way more, but usually at the lowest amount of effort for maximum profit...

The thinner the joints, the more chance for breakage. That’s just physics and has nothing to do with price. Besides, in practice mostly the hairdryer is not necessary since the hands are fairly soft, but not everyone is willing to risk it on a 100 dollar figure. Can’t fault them for advising a safety measure.

@jarosbodytko6462 It also depends on how the joint is designed. For example, ball joints are generally much more fragile than the peg and swivel that a Marvel Legends has.
