This is the Blues is a huge understatement!!!!! Jack and his band sound every bit as good and Bluesy as the best Blues Bands I've heard. I'm in the heart of Bluesville in Chicago. Yeah, this is awesome. Sub'd and thank you. Life long Blues player and fan here
Jack’s the King!
Love listening to Jack. His bands are always great. Missing his sax player at this concert. Come on back to Peterborough!
The drummer catches him unaware a bit at the start! lol Great music!

I agree🤠
Love the vocals....good tone and technique
Sounds great ..
Great blues with a big tone
so good ... I love it
Hey Jack Great to see you're still playing killer blues on the old strat. I have very fond memories of lots of shows in the Shwa back in the day. Do you still play that amazing song called Apache ? That was always one of my requests at your shows. Cheers brother and all the best!! Les
Nice.
Actually , this is an ELMORE JAMES MUSICAL NUMBER ( Dust My Broom ) they just used different lyrics

Yep this is a Elmore James song done just like he performed it and his lyrics. He used his signature lick on many of his songs. Dust my broom is originally a Robert Johnson song

That's Tommy Shannon on bass. He was Stevie Ray Vaughns bass player at the height.
Wicked!!!
Nice vocals
I remember this song from the Blues Jam In Chicago album back when Fleetwood Mac was still a blues band (before the change...w/ Stevie Nicks). Jeremy Spencer handeling the slide work.

Nice pocket by the drummer.
love it! the blues is the only real music and from a TO boy
It's very close to the same slide, chord pattern and melody to "Dust My Broom". Give a listen to Robert Johnson, Elmore James and Johnny Winter's rendition is unbelievable.
can't hold out no!
Check out the late Ron Thompson. They could've been brothers
❤ cool as 😊
Hmm I got the same strat. Yeaa. Gd job boys.
OK so a play on lyrics. This was/is and forever will be Elmore James's ' Dust My Broom' .In my humble opinion, the best version, with the original lyrics, is by ZZ TOP on their album 'Deguello'
Luv blues that don’t go off on a tangent..where suddenly l think what happened here..the actual piece has left the building..but now this stays on point and never strays from the original piece..hooray..🇨🇦
Pretty good!
kudos for the slide on the pinky.
Go back and listen to Peter greens Fleetwood Mac! Or anything by slum harpo. Or earl hooker. Nothing but the good stuff!
Good job
I’m still waiting for the blue light to go on.
