​@@MarkiusFox Because they are Gulls, and many species head to Canada for the breeding season. This includes traversing through the Midwest. As a birder I have observed close to 20 gull species in the state of Nebraska. The most common species that passes through here is the Ring-billed Gull.

Mocking Birds will change that for you. Especially the ones that learn the ringing of a phone, the revving of an engine, and emergency vehicle sirens.

Here it's the robins. They all get going around 6 am to start in March after DST starts, then creep back and back until in June they're hella yelling at 4 am. Every once in a while one of the crazy bastards will go all night in summer. At first it's kinda nice. And then you're all uuuuughSTFU.
