Mornin’ from west Texas. Say Al, just wanna tell you that it is truly amazing to me that you have had such projects and they don’t seem to rattle you at all and you’re so precise. Now you’re talking about a project 10x as big. I guessed this project, but you’ve got me totally stumped on the next project. Much respect on your abilities!

Bless Gina for once again braving the heights. Every time she does it, my respect for her grows. I'm still pondering what the next project might be after the teaser in yesterday's video... 100 times larger than this one. I think it might have to do with the woodland on the other side of the creek, maybe the field that was logged as well. 🤔 That could be some fascinating future videos. Tanner thinking carrots and cheese start with the same letter, surely that's close enough. 😉 Stay safe, everyone.

Hi fellow Granite Stater's I came across your channel the other day while we were at camp in Lancaster. We live in a small town just north of Concord. Have 18 acres lived here all my life.. Love NH. We have chickens and a small garden. Cut all my fire wood off our land. Nothing like it. Love the outdoors. Your building looks great.. Glad to see how good a life you both have carved out for your selfs.. Keep up the great videos. Stay safe and always be kind. Go 603..

When I bake chicken whole, I sometimes shred some of the leftovers and add Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce and have sandwiches. I make chicken and dumplings. Chicken and rice with sweet carrots in it. So much a person can do with chicken. Yesterday, I prepared two tame rabbits and cooked on low all night. Made a great creamy gravy and sliced mushrooms to go in it. So tender and juicy.

My favorite receipt for chicken is Lemon chicken. I use chicken breast 1 inch thick slices. In a frying pan I heat up olive oil, finely chopped garlic and salt. I add the chicken and stir until the meat has a light brown coat. I add rosemary, 1/2 cup white wine, the juice of 1/2 lemon and I use a potato peeler to get 2 long stripes of the lemon peel. I cover it and fully cook. I add corn starch to 1/2 cup of water, mix well and add to chicken. This will thicken the sauce. I add black pepper when it is on my plate. Buon Appetito 😃👍

Hello Lumnah Acres. Stuff chicken cavity with whole garlic 4 to 5 , just smash , don’t need to peel. You can add one raw carrot( break in half or thirds. Add 1 small onion and 1 celery stalk. 1 Bay leaf. A little fresh sage if you got ( 2 leafs). McCormick makes a pretty good Rotessiere seasoning, any will do though. Brush chicken with oil and generously season with the Rotessiere seasoning and black pepper. Occasionally spoon some of the stock over chicken while cooking. Save the garlic and all the veggies to cook down in your stock. Low and slow is good for Rotessiere...low temp slow cook. Absolutely love the Channel, Bill.

My favourite chicken recipe is my wife's tricolour pasta with chicken, bacon, snap peas, sweetcorn and mixed bell peppers. Add a little garlic mayo and you have a meal that can be served hot or cold. If you don't have any pasta, the chicken and bacon mixture can be stuffed into pitta breads, served with baked potatoes or with a simple salad. My wife used to make a good sized batch and it would feed us for about two to three days when money was tight. I've never been able to make it quite like she did, but I still try. It brings back great memories. I hope you like it as much as we do. :)

My mom MADE the BEST carrots. Slice like you. After they were cooked. She added little sugar milk and fresh parsley chopped fine. They were so good and tasty. Bake chicken with long carrots and potatoes baked together. Add mushrooms to the gravey. Chicken salad for lunch. Cut up cooked chicken cream cheese sour cream peas spices. Mix together Warm and. wrap dough around it . Bake in the oven for chicken pot pies. On top add CRUNCH like bread crumbs and butter. Spice on top. If you can for the dough buy crescent rolls or some kind of rolls from the store frig. Or make like homemade pizza dough to wrap around the chicken and cream cheese mixture. Hope this helps. YES. 👍 BBQ chicken and lots of BBQ sauce. I added potato's on the side with separate bbq sauce. ENJOY. I was so proud of you GINA helping your HUSBAND. The more you do SOMETHING. EASIER it GETS. This summer we were building some deer blinds using the same metal roofing. I watched him scour the metal with a razor knife and straight edge, bend it at the mark, presto clean cut! When he told about it, I didn't believe him until I watched him do it. Only used a saw when it wasn't length wise, we did 3 blinds that week.

Is there going to be a loft? To store hay and such, your 'herds' are getting bigger!!!!! Do so enjoy this channel. I have watched it since the goat barn days. Now Gina can park in the woodshed carport! What does your pantry look with all the canned goods and produce that you harvested, will it be enough to last until next harvest? Could you make a list of the CWC license plates you have received. That way we can send the ones you are missing.

A tip for when your cutting metal roofing. Cut in the direction that ejects the sparks to the scrap side of the panel. The sparks that fall on the panel tend to melt into the metal just enough to stick and eventually rust.

They make a metal blade for both plug in and battery powered circular saws that is much better then the old style fiber blades. It can cut structural steel so light weight tin roofing is nothing to it. Not something a pro shop would use as there are better long term solutions for them but for a home/farm use it works well as it will do rebar, all thread, square stock and have even seen it used to cut into beams but not with the cut depth to get the webbing of them. Think you might even be able to get them in chop saw sized blades to make cutting metal easier for projects.

I make a chicken thigh and sausage dish. Brown the sausage links for about 5 mins and cut them into four pieces per link. You add a sliced onion, two peppers sliced, and a potato peeled and cut in wedges( eight pieces). Add a little oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning and mix to make sure everything is coated. Place in a 425 degree oven for an hour or until the chicken is very crispy brown. Make sure the chicken and potatoes sit on top in the baking dish so the skin browns. Serve with the pan juices. I saw this recipe on Food Wishes. I suppose you could use a chicken cut up for this recipe, just watch the time as the breast may dry out. All of the chicken dishes on this channel are great!!

Popping a rib is no fun-my late husband and his dad used to pop theirs, breaking ribs are not fun either! My son's like to separate from the cartilage and that is very painful too. I hope it feels better soon for you. Gina might not still like heights, but she is doing much better with them now! Or it looks as if she is doing better, I'm impressed with how she had done! The shed barn is looking so nice! Maple syrup or honey is so good with carrots! I love using both. There are so many casseroles for chicken. Drinking your broth in the mornings is very good for you guys. Supper looked really yummy Gina!!
