Wow! The new propane tank and all of the rock is so nice. Makes me want to do raking of it but I think my back would give out pretty quick. Where there is a will, there is not always a way. Looks like a real homestead property now to keep trespassers away. I wouldn't want to go on someone's property and now there can be no mistakes. The trash incident makes me feel angry. Whatever happened to 'The customer is always right.'. I think it was to keep and grow their business and to stay out of trouble with the law. Maybe there are no trash competitors out there. Lying to steal gripes my soul. I am glad that you know how to set up and operate the cameras that you have. I saw the pen for baby Tid to go out and get some fresh air. Looking forward to seeing more of him in the future. I have to get out more so don't feel like taking on another company. Face Book and You Tube keep me busy enough. Wow! I think that was a good price for all of that rock. Boy, you sure do gave a lot of work to do now with thst, but little by little and it will be done.

I certainly understand that first part of your video I decided to put out a garden for exercise, and that's exactly what I'm getting. It was I thought was a tomato plants but finally the cherry tomatoes and some other small tomato plants are doing okay and producing tomatoes, did I say small little tomatoes cherry tomatoes to be exact.beans because they weren't really coming up, same with the okra and the sunflowers. Are these little shorts stepping things I may or may not even see sunflower, I got three Cosmo blooms and zinnin bloom. where that one zenith plant is was a bunch of other ready to blossom, but oh no the blossom rotted. So I just pulled (.Zinnia) them up. , I am not expecting anyting from the yellow neck squash. I could go on and on what I have got set out and still in there baby stage, I don't know what I did any different then several years back I had two successful back-to-back gardens. Well any way Eric, say Hi Obei and Tara.....exercising basically that is what I'm getting.

Thanks for another cool video Eric. Say, If you find a nice sized piece of chain link fence. Lay it out flat and tow it behind something ( maybe tater tot)? to flatten out the cinders. It's called a "poor mans drag" it will make the driveway look really good and much easier on the back. I used a five foot fence post and tied the chain link to it and then attached it to my trailer hitch. You can place a couple concrete blocks on it closest to the hitch to weigh the drag down for more effect.

Wow great deal on huge propane tank, only $5 rental fee a month worth it! And rock was cheap too. PS- drill a small hole in bbq grill lid and add a lid thermometer thet selp for bbqs for just that purpose. Has a lil wingnut on backside. 1 minute install 👍

Cool to see them spread the rock. Some hard work to take out but little by little it will be done and great fix when the rain comes. Need some helpers to come and come and visit. Or an ATV and drag a section of chain link. Make it look more and more like home base. Big propane ! Good idea and comfort! Dang …good handling of the crane and no dents in the RV. Looking forward to updates.

You talk about getting things done in a small town ... Well I wanted a shed built, talked to a lot of guys that build sheds ... they never call back..... so after about a year of that, I built the shed. Then I wanted 120 feet of fence built, same thing, I waited around, a few months went by ..... so I just got done building the fence. So, for now on I will just do it myself. My next thing is more solar. Rock is hard work spreading it around .... Yep ... did that too.

Hey Eric I never said anything bad about it all but this is my opinion... make sure you put some rock under the RV. Be safe and thanks for sharing! You know you can rent a tractor for a week for about 1k. It'll be worth it next time you get gravel for the camp area. You get alot of stuff done and if you play video games you can surely figure out the functions. Its nothing to it. Good luck and keep up the great work on your property. It looks great I have 3 acres here in GA and enjoy it daily as a hobby farmer.

We have the same size propane tank, and it lasts, on average, four to five months before our provider does an "auto-refill" at around thirty gallons. One driver even services/checks every tank when he works the two (rather rural) counties that make up the provider's service/coverage area. By the way, our tank provides for all the hot water we use as well as for our kitchen range.

Eric, same here in SC... Waste management doesn't always pick up my trash and when I call to report it, they say they did... So why is my can still full?? Yeah right. My local propane delivery also charged me $60 a year to rent the tank so that's not unusual but sure wish they would tell you up front. Also, darlin, the thing you assembled and cooked your burger in is a "grill" ... "Barbecue" is what you eat! 😉 Can't wait to meet your new pup. So you have Tara, Opie, and Tig ... I know they are characters from SoA, but do ya realize their names spell TOT? 😂

What you are experiencing, is what I've put up with all of my life, trying to get things done as a female. I tried to buy belt dressing and the clerk argued with me, that I didn't need it, and wouldn't show me where it was on the shelf. Got it from another source and it's just what I needed! I've tried to build a house, clear the property, etc and everything has been a fight, with no shows, or those that showed didn't bring tools or came drunk, or told I didn't know what I was talking about, or wouldn't follow my directions. You have it rough but, you don't know anything about what could be for you in a different body. I would put up more than one trail cam, I would also put up a chain across the road to keep out invaders. But, that's just me speaking from my life experiences

Eric, pour hot water down the side of your propane tank (the hotter the better) and it will frees to the top of the gas. Just like freon it gets colder when it gets hot or the closer to atmospheric pressure. 👍👍 looking good. They can't fill the tank all the way because you need compressed air to move the gas out of the tank. (Pressure)

I like the gravel, it's a great idea in this country to have it. Those little cactus are cute, but I recommend not to put them outside unless you put them in bigger pots that you can bring inside. They don't actually like too much sun, and will die pretty easy in those small pots. You can plant them all in one big container, that you bring in for the winter, cuz they will freeze up there.
