FOR THE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
4 chicken legs (1 kg)
4 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon curry, 1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 paprika pepper
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
4/3 tablespoons of flour (12 g)
1 glass of milk (150 ml) (NOTE: In the video. I forgot to take the video when I put the milk in the pan)
1 glass of milk cream (150 ml)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of curry
Mashed potatoes
500 g potatoes
40 g butter
4/1 glass of milk (50 ml)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Parsley.
Chilli pepper.
