Now I don't fry or boil vegetables anymore! This is how I cook now! Simple and delicious recipe!
Tender, fragrant and very tasty vegetables! Hello everyone and welcome to my channel! Today I'm preparing a delicious dinner for the whole family! I just cut up the veggies and pop them in the oven! This recipe will appeal to anyone who wants to eat dinner!You can't be afraid to get better and gain extra pounds! This is a very simple, but at the same time very tasty vegetable recipe in the oven! Prepare this recipe and write in the comments how you like it!

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1/4 white cabbage.
Salt.
baking pack.
1 red onion.
Cut into half rings.
Onions are rich in vitamins B, C, PP, E, D, K!
Separate the red onion with your hands.
Pour hot water so that all the bitterness comes out.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
1 carrot.
2 zucchini.
Cut it into small cubes.
There is a lot of fiber in zucchini. A very useful vegetable.
1 broccoli.
Thanks for watching my channel!
The red onion is ready.
Add the onions and broccoli to the vegetables.
4 potatoes.
Caraway seeds.
Salt. Black pepper.
Herbs of Provence.
Olive oil.
We mix everything well.
We need a toothpick.
Make small holes in the pocket.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 35-40 minutes.
While the veggies are cooking, let's make the sauce!
Yoghurt 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
1 garlic.
Chives.
Dill.
Mix well.
Mmm... very tasty 😋.

No plastic! I use a steamer that fits in high quality stainless steel pan with a lid. I do this same thing once a week. Delicious. I add broccoli last. I will try the dressing looks awesome❤️
I use deep pan with lid on,because i am concerned about heat and plastic material .

@@sylvieboucher9266 yes but it’s still not good . I used to use them but I don’t think any plastic especially heated up is going to be a good thing , they always sell stuff then tell you it’s bad later . But the food looks good I will try but in another pot or pan .

I totally agree. I don’t use those liners in the crockpot either. they’ve gotta be made or something that’s getting into my food and I don’t like them.
I made this today, and it was sensational! I've never eaten so many veggies together. And, that sauce is a very good compliment. I ate it with baked lemon pepper fish. Delicious!!

can't you achieve the same result with a ceramic baking dish with a well-fitting lid, instead of disposable plastic?

I buy prepared chicken in bags like that, so it must be safe. But I'm not sure where you buy the bags on their own?

Yes!!! I use to like that to the vegetable & place it in a zip lock bag ..put it in the freezer & process it in the blender every day ...i have taken it for almost a year after my chemo therapy ...& Praise God I am totally healed now in Jesus name. Amen🙏🙏🙏

I was thinking the same as I was watching , the bag might save some cooking time , but it might work just as well if you roast the vegetables.

Not a regular plastic bag, these are made for roasting in the oven!!!!
Broccoli is so much better when it's not overcooked. I use a glass dish and add veggies in a certain order as it's baking so the potatoes are fully cooked, carrots still have a bit of crunch and the broccoli is only just tender.

Me 3, even though this method is really time saving, dishes saving, convenient, but i do not recommend it. Better to boil or even better steam the veggies to reatin its' flavors with these healthier ways.

I think it's like roasting but still keeping everything from drying out. If you put everything in the oven with a lid, it doesn't roast. But if it's on a baking dish it will roast but can get dry or burn some vegetables. Just my interpretation though! *baking sheet (edit))

It’s not. Plastic must never be heated it will leach into your food.

Looks good! I am aware of these bags, as I've purchased them with the spices used to bake chicken and pork in. I'll look to see if I can find the roasting bags the next time I go to the store. From reading comments, it seems some people are thinking these are regular plastic bags. These bags are used here in the USA by a company called Shake & Bake. This company sells the bags and spices for use in ovens to bake meats,. A regular plastic bag would not work for this purpose.and would not be safe. I like roasting vegetables on a sheet pan, and the easy clean up is just my style!

For me putting them on a roasting pan is a smarter way to do it because it one saves money and I think it’s healthier.

Boa noite! Acompanho seus vídeos, sempre que posso. Um abraço de Piracicaba/SP, Brasil. Eu não conheço essas sementes de alcaravia, aneto e as ervas de provença. Acho que a pimenta preta é conhecida no Brasil como "pimenta do reino". Dentre os temperos que conheço, talvez eu possa substituir as ervas, por "ervas finas". E improvisar os demais condimentos. O que você usa como cebolinha, me parece ser o "alho poró". O azeite pode ser substituído por manteiga? Eu faria essa mistura em uma tigela, antes, de todos os ingredientes e colocaria em um desses sacos, ou em um recipiente de vidro refratário. O prato ficou lindo! Outros legumes podem ser adicionados, para enriquecer a mistura? Eu pretendo fazer essa receita, que deve ser bem fácil de adaptar a outros ingredientes. Obrigado!!!

Love this and am planning to make this weekend here in California, USA. This old hippie will not peel the carrots & potatoes and will use my old Dutch oven- the plastic is scary- well.. perhaps the bag is the type used for fowl roasting- I don’t think those are plastic. Thank you for these shows.

I live in California and I've used the roasting bags. My mother has used them since the 60's to roast turkeys and other meats. I still buy them. Good to use when making smothered pork chops or chicken. 🤗
