Exactly what I was thinking!

I create a meal plan for a month at a time but I shop weekly. I premake my lists and then inventory my kitchen before shopping each week. It's what works for my family. My husband and I have 3 kids (2 are teenage boys) and my elderly father lives with us. Having a plan and a list saves me so much time.

Brittany you had a busy day. What do you do when you volunteer? I’m sure they love having you. You are great with kids and I’m sure they love the added help. It’s always fun to volunteer around the holidays with all the cool projects happening. ❤

I don’t have a shopping list as such. I live in south Australia, the store I shop the most at is Woolworths (aka woolies), they have an app the I use and in that app it has a section for lists. I have several lists from pantry, freezers, fridge, bathroom/laundry/kitchen, I have everything we buy set out in those lists so I just into my app head to my pantry, work out what I need, click the item, add X amount of said item and it loads it into my cart so when I’m done shopping I just click the cart, check and then choose delivery and then pay. I don’t have to step a foot into the stores at all. I do buy stuff when it’s on special. I have a 4 month old son that hates going into the shops aswell. It’s great. I also save on petrol by not driving down to so shopping. I also see it as, with the prices being sooooo high, I’m keeping people employed. Those prices I pay covers their wages. In the sense.

If you add steamed cauliflower to your Tikka masala, it stretches it as well and isn't such a hit to your budget. I do that and my husband actually prefers it.

I always, always take a grocery list! It makes sure I’m buying everything we need so I don’t have to go back before my next weekly shopping day. I will add items at the store if I find a great clearance find or a sale that wasn’t in the ad.

Yes to the grocery list. It keeps me on track and from doing a ton of extra spending. No hate at all on the paper products. I stocked up on them recently for the holidays and also for postpartum cause I just had a c-section and didn’t want to be doing a ton of dishes.

Always have a list!! If you don’t have a list you’re bound to spend more and give in to impulse buys. My go to quick dinner from Costco is a salad kit and a whole rotisserie chicken.

I don’t have a list it’s in my mind I find don’t go shopping hungry I go in what I know what we need

I create a list in the store app. That way it shows what aisle each thing is in. Not on the list = not purchased

Absolutely yes to the grocery list!! With all I’ve got going on at the moment, I’m scatterbrained as is. Going without a list would probably result in my family eating only pickles and chocolate syrup (or something else equally random) for dinner! 😂 Also, would you ever do a quick makeup tutorial/GRWM video? You always look casual yet put together! 😍

I menu plan for the month and have to have a list. I live 45 minutes away from the store and can’t go back if I forget something.

Chowmain and fried rice get some potstickers and that’s dinner lol every time we go to Costco that’s what we have for dinner

Definitely no hate on the paper plates. My dishwasher broke and they really help on nights that I have no energy to do dishes🤷🏻‍♀️

Frozen meatballs on sub rolls. Very wuick

My go to Costco dinner is the Organic Vegetable & Barley Soup with a warm baguette (how are the always warm🤷🏻‍♀️it’s a mystery) and the spreadable goat cheese. Another go to is the Milton’s cauliflower crusted pizza & a Cesar salad. Easy, fast and delicious!

Batiste is cheapest at TJmaxx and Marshall’s!

90% of the time I have a list but the other 10% I get very overwhelmed and struggle to make a list due to working nights, kids and lack of wanting to eat.

Always go with a grocery list and stick to it. Husband is not invited 😂, we always end up buying more if he comes along.

Those peperoni pizzas are 16$ in canada! Would love to see some healthier non processed snack options...

No list for me, we live so far from a store that we only go one e in a while and lists get lost, I generally know what we are out of and it helps me only get what I need … my brain works that way

Have you tried Dove sensitive skin for your kids and husband? Usually what triggers my eczema is certain scents. This one doesn't cause me to flare up and it might be more affordable than method b

We use the target brand equivalent of this and it’s the only thing that doesn’t bother our skin! And it’s only like $4 a container!

Do you shop at Aldi? Target is so expensive!

We do have an Aldi but it doesn't have everything I need for my monthly haul and I don't want to add another store to my day of shopping. But they are an awesome store! I agree!

Oh I’m never without a list!! My memory is awful lol 😂 also that’s so much running around for you! Why can’t your husband help you out if he stays home now??

My memory is the same! haha!! Oh yes, my husband helps out a lot! We split a lot of responsibilities as well as he has his own business he runs. He is awesome!
