@@Mclovin4Prezz I feel like Notre Dame can beat pretty much anybody right now, you just have to have faith. Clemson has a backup quarterback that played lights out, it was the game we were supposed to lose but we still won.

@Michael I agree brother, people will never give Notre Dame the respect they deserve. It doesn't matter if we beat Clemson twice or even beat Alabama it will never be enough.

I am fully convinced now, WE ARE BACK !!! Oh College Footballs Elite Team Roundtable is in need of another Chair, NOTRE DAME is finally HOME !!! We beat a very very very good Clemson team, yes they didnt have Trevor Lawrence, but DJ Ugaleilei is probably a Top 10 QB in all of College Football right now and we shut down the Nations Best RB in Travis Entienne. We put up great numbers on an Elite Defense, the reason why im confident we are in the Elite Category now is because, Clemson didnt Lose this game, WE WON !!! We held the lead for 55 Minutes and lost the lead, then Tied on the final drive, went into OT and shook the world. Now we go to BC (a very good team, who was thumping Clemson in the 1st half) and dismantled them, after we took care of the Tigers. Ian Book needs to be in the Heisman Race, Skowronek is a fucking man, Mayer is a freak, Kyren/ Tyree/ C'Bo all can be the #1 featured back, JOKer is a bonafide Top 10 pick, Kyle Hamilton Ditto and we are missing our 2 best WRs (Austin and Lenzy), but our Receiving Corps is still Elite and amongst the Nations Best w/o them Players. Our secondary is shakey yes, but ultra talented and our Big Uglies on both sides of the ball are The Best in the Nation !!! #GoIRISH #CFP2020 #BeatUNC

You might not be aware but Trevor Lawrence wasn’t the only starter that was missing. Frank Ladson and Joseph Ngata we’re out, if you’re not familiar with them ask Nick Sagan and the OL can’t remember his name there were so many people out. Then over on defense the MLB Skalski, tackle Taylor, LB Xavier Thomas for the first half because of a targeting call from BC game, nickel back also name slips my mind too many to remember. So let’s add ‘em up 4 on offense and 4 on defense minus 1 for Uiagalelei since you’re right there was no drop off there so we can’t say anything about Lawrence being out. So you were playing at home and almost 1/3 of the Clemson team’s starters were out. Still confident you’ll win the likely rematch on a neutral field? Just askin’

@@russelleroy6466 so 2 defensive players make up a whole lot of difference.. stfu... ND false start on 1 yd line. Fumble to endzone 2 dropped passes in endzone Book sacked twice. Our boys up front easily best unit in nation play methodical together.

Lots of positive things to take from this game and the Clemson game but our secondary is the main issue right now on the pass defense. Hate to say it but Trevor Lawrence would probably tear us up at this point. We have time to improve though I hope we keep trending upwards. Go Irish!

@@slimbrady6691 Who cares about social media followers. Notre Dame is the most iconic program of all-time. They made movies about Notre Dame. Plus, they have their own national tv deal. Most Irish fans are older and couldn't care less about social media. Go outside of the South, and no one cares about Alabama. From 1994-2007 when Alabama sucked, no one gave a crap about them. Notre Dame can be mediocre and still not lose their popularity.

@@slimbrady6691 Notre Dame has more REAL national championships, a higher winning percentage, more wins, more Heisman trophy winners, more all-americans and more nfl draft picked--plus, Notre Dame has a 5-2 all-time record against Bama. Notre Dame is not only the most successful team of all-time they are the most important team of all-time. During the 20th century Notre Dame played in every game of the century. Notre Dame has been a national team since the 1920s, Bama is still a regional team. Go to New York or the west coast and no one gives a rip about Alabama.

And just remember Notre Dame had 22 wins vacated from the NCAA a couple years ago because a tutor wrote a history paper for a football player. The school even self-reported it to the ncaa and they punished the irish like they committed murder all because the NCAA hates Notre Dame. Menawhile, UNC creates fake classes for their football players and gets a slap on the wrist--it's absurd.

@@joshd.godfroy4761 as a notre dame fan you guys are really impressive definitely the hardest game on the schedule imo and still one of the best teams in the country That was definitely the most entertaining game ive seen in awhile and clemson definitely gave it all they got at the end of that game no one should’ve felt bad or disappointed in their players and im hoping they push osu outta the top 4 soon i dont get how people think osu is such a good team they play so many teams that aren’t ranked or just aren’t good they get a soft schedule every year like if you look at the games they play i think any of the top 10 teams would win 90% of em sure does make it nice when they get to the playoffs off of free wins without risking many injuries smh im from Columbus ohio and theirs nothing i cant stand more than osu fans running their mouth i swear there motto here is “at least we got there” with how many national championships theyve lost😂

@@GoIrish2026 definitely but they just ended the second longest winning steak, they ended the longest winning streak in general as well but lost to bc right after so doing it this year and beating bc is definitely a good confidence boost they just gotta keep playing every game hard and not underestimate anyone and i think we gotta chance at getting that championship this year! 2020 has been straight dog s*** expect for my two teams notre dame of corse and the Steelers both are undefeated and looking good if they both end up winning a ring I’ll almost have to say 2020 isnt a complete loss... my hope is alive and well

You guys came off of a huge win the week before. A 5-3 Boston team played hard and would’ve loved to win and play the spoiler. No matter how much you preach to not let down, it’s difficult task throughout a season. Very few teams go undefeated. Sloppy? Maybe at times; but at no point in the game did Boston have a chance.

Bama gave up over 600 yards of offense to ole miss and 40+ points, Clemson let BC dominate them for 3 quarters and barley beat a team ND handled easily as well as ND beating Clemson and holding Travis Etienne to 28 yards rushing. Ohio State’s best opponent so far is Nebraska and they are still rebuilding. So Ohio st hasn’t played a defense all year. ND has at least proved it with the teams they’ve beat
