my coach alex cade is notre dame alumni and we run the same defense. it works very well!
Awesome breakdown. Good defense like you said towards the end causes the offense to take ever increasing lower percentage shots which helps the goalies make those stops. Combine the two, and the psychological effect is devastating. 🥍
