Similar thing happened to me. My old football coach said we either play 2 sports or we don’t play :/. So I picked up lacrosse and now I play lacrosse but I quit football lol

@@gravity5558 why tho? Is it to keep you guys fit during the school year? Lacrosse is one of the fastest sports on two feet, so your cardio will definitely improve especially if you’re a middie 😂

Just means that if the person who is playing defense on the person with the ball, and they get beat, you’re gonna be “sliding” to the person with the ball to make sure they can’t just go to the goal and score
