Fun fact: explosions in Borderlands 2 don't extend past walls or at least the machines block them, so if you stand between the 2 machines, bombs won't hit you.

Pretty useless and kinda of unrelated but in Borderlands 3 you can actually melee grenades away from you, this is practically only useful when doing slots so you can stay in the same spot and not die.

Would you happen to know if the loot pool for slot machines stays consistent at any level? For example, I've always wanted a legitimate conference call at around level 10. The lowest possible level cc you can get from a boss drops I believe is around level 30. So I always thought it would be cool to get a legendary that is a lower level than it is technically supposed to be.

If you get three vault signs, you get any orange weapon in the game. Major problem though, you have to play the slots for a long time to get that and it's any orange weapon. So the chances of you getting what you want is low. I still haven't gotten a purple weapon yet, and I've spent everything on the machine. If you still want to do it. Find a boss that drops a lot of cash and go wild with it. Also grab every weapon and item that the machine gives and sell them so that you can get some money back.

@@katanadragon I won a legendary once way back then when I first started playing. I don't even remember what I got it's been so long. Me and my friends would sit there all day hitting the slots over and over.

another really good way of getting cash is using a bunch of golden key shift codes and just opening the golden chest over and over and selling the guns, there are tons of functional codes and the guns are purple so they sell well too

Let’s be fair, if you play this game and are constantly broke then you aren't playing this game correctly.
